Eve, my Goodwill hutch is ready for fall with a Woodland theme.
I used my all-time favorite Goodwill find, this wooden bowland some grass, leaves and branches from my backyard to set up the perfect spot for this little owl to perch.
Can you believe this amazing wooden bowl was only $12 at Goodwill? What amazing finds have you found lately?

My House of Goodwill: Family Room
It may not be an exact match to the Pottery Barn inspiration photo but I’d say my purchases from Goodwill do a good job coming in pretty close and at a much lower price.

My Goodwill Shopping list:
Silver urn: $14.99
Pumpkins made with flannel fabric from Goodwill. .99
Wooden tray: $5.99
Plaid throw: $5.99
I’ve been adding plaid to cozy up my House of Goodwill and thought a little something in flannel would add to the masculine fall touches around the house.
What’s fall without pumpkins? I’ve seen these pumpkins on Pinterest and beyond. They are usually made in various colors of velvet but I decided to make mine in flannel.
I found two pieces of flannel fabric at Goodwill which is exactly what I needed for this project. If I didn’t come across any fabric, Plan B was to find some flannel shirts for $1 from their Dollar Day Thursday sale. This time Plan A worked out but It’s always good to have a plan B.
My fall decorating is slowly coming together but I’m not done yet. How is your fall decorating coming along?
Here’s to cooler temps. pumpkins and flannel,
