In my newest YouTube Video, I shared some purchases I thrifted.
(ou can watch the video HERE.)
One of the purchases was a toolbox from Goodwill for $1.99
It was pretty scratched up and dented in some places. In my book, it was perfect.
I brought it home and inserted some floral foam along the bottom.
Next I added some sheet moss to cover the foam.
Then I added some faux succulents.
In a matter of minutes, I had a cute little succulent planter for my family room. The family room is in the basement when there is not full sun so these plants are perfect.
Let’s be honest, even if there was full sun down there, I’m pretty sure I’d forget to water them!
‘till next time,
Lisa

Thanks so much for sharing this idea!! I have my Dad’s red tool box and it will be 30 years on Sunday since he passed away. I am going to do something similar with his tool box as a way to remember him..
Hugs,
Deb
