Hi everyone,
Here’s a great recipe for my Artichoke Party Dip. I love making it for parties because I know it’s always a hit!
Recipe:
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chillies, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
3 green onions, thinly sliced
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spread into a 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
