I have open shelves in my laundry room, so instead of look at plastic bottles of softener, I buy salad dressing/oil bottles at Goodwill to hold the liquid softener and keep it within reach.
I also buy glass containers to hold clothes pins and detergent.
Again, within reach and easy on the eyes.A cute little tea cup serves as my scoop.
