Simply cut out two or three hearts on a small piece of cardboard, even an index card will work, then using white fabric paint, paint the hearts throughout the shorts. Let the paint dry completely, then toss them in the dryer (high heat) for 10 minutes to set the paint, then wash and dry like normal. It’s as simple as that!
