Over the weekend my friends, Tim and Sheila, celebrated their 23 wedding anniversary with a trip to Las Vegas along with friends Sandi and Pete, and shared their photos with me.
For some impromptu fun, Tim and Sheila decided to renew their wedding vows at the famous, Little White Wedding Chapel.
The girls made a stop at Goodwill to get their formal dresses and accessories. The guys picked up their tuxedo shirts at another local thrift store. Don’t they look fabulous? To complete the look, Sheila borrowed the silk flowers from an outdated hotel lobby and they were all set for a memorable day.
I’m going to venture to guess that this impromptu kind of fun is what has kept their marriage 23 years strong.
Here’s to 50 more crazy years!
