How do you suggest I style this sun dress from Goodwill of Central Arizona?

It’s the perfect dress for this Arizona heat but it’s got a lot going on as far as a pattern goes.

Should I wear orange or blue accessories or perhaps I should tone it down a bit with some neutral colored shoes? Oh boy, I could use some help!

I must tell you that this little frock came off the rack new with tags attached and priced at $9.99 but with this 20% off coupon, I paid at whopping $7.99!

So, what do you say, got any style ideas for me?
