Large Hand Carved Wooden Bowl – Succulents and Drift Wood June 11, 2012 By TheGoodwillGal My Best Goodwill Find I often get asked what is my best Goodwill find and I always say this huge hand carved wooden bowl. It was originally marked $14.99 but with my 20% off coupon, I paid $11.99. The bowl resembles an oversized walnut and the wood is smooth and weathered. On the underside it looks like it was cracking apart so someone took a piece of tin and hammered it in place to keep it from coming apart. The tin has weathered right along with the wood and simply goes unnoticed. The entire piece is also pretty hefty and I have to give it a big hug whenever I fill it up and need to move it around. I filled it up with my Goodwill bowl full of succulents, some rope and various shells and set it on my kitchen island. It’s not a piece of Waterford crystal or an original signed piece of artwork but what I love about this bowl is that it’s rustic and unique. Well, there it is, my favorite Goodwill find. What’s your favorite find? I’d love to hear about it. The Goodwill Gal You Might Also Like Large Hand Carved Wooden Bowl - Fall Decor Goodwill Donation Goodwill Gal-O’-Lantern
