Wow, what a week this has been! For me, it was all about taxes and I’m ready for a break!

Since it’s Friday and time for a little, or a lot of fun, I thought I’d share how I dress up my buffet for a round of cocktails for whoever happens to drop in.

The cocktail hour all begins with my Goodwill buffet. If you haven’t seen the “before” photos of this $40 Goodwill purchase, you can check them out here.

The gold and aqua Goodwill glasses were the inspiration for this display so I shopped around my house to find items to compliment their unique look.

I use trays in many of my displays and when I tried using a brown or black tray for this display, they just didn’t look right. So instead, I used a gold framed mirror as the tray. It’s Perfect.

So take a look and I hope this inspires you to create something pretty for yourself no matter what kind of week you’ve had, you deserve it!
