Hello February! January was a busy month for me. I made an honest attempt to organize some areas in my home. It’s a never ending process, right? February will be an equally busy month and I look forward to participating in the experience.
In case you missed it, here’s a little re-cap of my January projects:
When I travel, I always make an attempt to stop at the local Goodwill stores. They’re the perfect place to pick up mementos from my journey, you should try it sometime. Here’s a post about my laundry room and my souvenir from Goodwill Omaha’s, The Reserve. Click here.

I had a huge mess of cell phones on my counter until I spent $2.99 on an organizer from Goodwill. Click here.
Cream and sugar bowls for make-up? You better believe it! Click here.
There is no excuse for bare walls in your home. Goodwill is a great source to get items at an affordable price. Design a wall grouping. You can do it! Click here.
I organized my kitchen desk area with an inexpensive framed print from Goodwill. Click here.
Decorating on a Dime. I was on Arizona Midday showing off my Goodwill of Central Arizona finds, all under $10. Would you believe my top and shoes were less than $10 too? Believe it and see it HERE.
Goodwill and cruise wear? Take a look at what vacationer, Sheila, had to say about her trip to the Mexican Riviera. Click here.
I LOVE before and after pictures of DIY projects from my readers. Check out this brass chandelier turned into something pretty, from Jeanette. Click here.
January was my month to get organized around my House of Goodwill so I decided to tackle the ever constant thorn in my side, paperwork! I hope it will help me stay caught up on the piles. Click here.
I’m looking forward to sharing some fun projects from my home in February.
Do you have some Goodwill transformations you would like to share? Please send them my way: [email protected] I’d love to see them!
