Welcome to My House of Goodwill Laundry Room:
Let me start by saying that I don’t have the biggest of laundry rooms, it is more of a pass through from the garage to the house, so I try to make the best of it by keeping the space simple and clutter free.
I purchased this sweet plastic, hobnail milk glass wannabe clock when I was on my Goodwill Tour in Omaha, Nebraska and stopped in at The Reserve. This store has the most amazing vintage items all in one stop. I came away with some wonderful items but not nearly all I wanted due to luggage restraints.
I have a weakness for milk glass and spotted this adorable clock. Although it’s not actual milk glass, I still had to have it and the cherry on top was that it was 50% off! Today it hangs in my laundry room keeping perfect time. Simple and sweet.
When you travel, I encourage you to stop in at the local Goodwill. It’s a great way to find a memento that’s functional and gives back to the community you’re visiting. In my experience, it’s better than any souvenir store I’ve ever frequented.
Take Good Care,
The Goodwill Gal
